Kay is an experienced infrastructure and organisational leader with over 25 years’ experience across transport, water, energy, and utilities in Australia, UK and Asia.  She has held executive and project director roles on complex, multi-billion-dollar programs and now advises organisations on strategy, governance, decarbonisation, and leadership capability through her practice, AtramGlobal.

Kay brings a deep commitment to people development, inclusive leadership, and mentoring, with extensive experience supporting pathways for under-represented groups. She is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Civil Engineer (UK), with an MBA from Imperial College London

She is passionately committed to inclusive leadership, mentoring, and creating pathways that elevate people and deliver long-term social and environmental impact. She has been a long-standing volunteer supporting community and under-represented groups aligned to these values.
