George Schroeder is a founder, advisor, mentor, director, and community builder with nearly two decades of international leadership experience across Europe, the U.S., and Australia. He loves connecting people, exploring curiosity, and embracing diversity – starting with his own multicultural family (Sri Lankan, Swiss, American, and German).
As the founder of PeerWize, George builds peer advisory boards for SME owners and entrepreneurs. He also serves as President of the IMD Alumni Association of Australia and as a startup mentor with CSIRO, reflecting his deep commitment to innovation and community leadership.
Previously, George held senior roles at Siemens across multiple divisions, including healthcare, gaining multi-functional expertise in strategy, finance, operations, R&D, and program management. This breadth makes him a true generalist, able to lead and adapt in complex environments.
